1. Qué es este servicio
BTC Signals publica, con fines informativos y educativos, las señales de dos estrategias automáticas sobre bitcoin (BTC/USD): Whale 1D, en velas diarias, y Quattro 4H, en velas de 4 horas. La página muestra su historial desde el 1 de enero de 2013, sus métricas y, cuando la hay, la posición abierta actual. Al usar la página aceptas estos términos.
2. No es consejo financiero
Nada de lo publicado constituye asesoría financiera, de inversión, fiscal ni legal, ni una recomendación personalizada de comprar o vender ningún activo. Las decisiones que tomes son tuyas y bajo tu responsabilidad. Si lo necesitas, consulta a un asesor profesional.
3. Resultados simulados
El historial y las métricas (retorno, drawdown, Sharpe, tasa de acierto y demás) son resultados de backtest: aplican las reglas de cada estrategia a precios históricos, sobre un capital hipotético de 10,000 USD, sin dinero real. Incluyen una comisión de 0.1% en cada compra y cada venta, y no incluyen deslizamiento: asumen ejecución al precio exacto de la señal. Los rendimientos pasados, simulados o reales, no garantizan rendimientos futuros.
4. La posición actual
La posición abierta que muestra la página la generan las mismas reglas automáticas sobre la última vela cerrada. Es información, no una orden ni una invitación a operar.
5. Riesgo
Las criptomonedas son muy volátiles. Puedes perder una parte o la totalidad del capital que inviertas.
6. Datos y disponibilidad
La página se actualiza tras el cierre de cada vela, pero puede mostrar datos con retraso, incompletos o erróneos, y puede no estar disponible en algún momento. No garantizamos la exactitud, la puntualidad ni la continuidad del servicio.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, el responsable del servicio no responde de pérdidas o daños, directos o indirectos, derivados del uso de la página o de decisiones tomadas a partir de su contenido.

La página se entrega a través de Cloudflare y Amazon Web Services, que procesan la dirección IP de tu conexión para servirla y protegerla de abusos. La página no guarda registros propios de visitas.

1. What this service is
BTC Signals publishes, for informational and educational purposes, the signals of two automated strategies on bitcoin (BTC/USD): Whale 1D, on daily candles, and Quattro 4H, on 4-hour candles. The page shows their history since January 1, 2013, their metrics and, when there is one, the current open position. By using the page you accept these terms.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing published constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a personalized recommendation to buy or sell any asset. The decisions you make are yours and at your own risk. If you need it, consult a professional adviser.
3. Simulated results
The history and the metrics (return, drawdown, Sharpe, win rate and the rest) are backtest results: they apply each strategy's rules to historical prices, on a hypothetical capital of 10,000 USD, with no real money. They include a 0.1% commission on every buy and every sell, and they do not include slippage: they assume execution at the exact signal price. Past performance, simulated or real, does not guarantee future performance.
4. The current position
The open position shown on the page is generated by the same automated rules on the last closed candle. It is information, not an order or an invitation to trade.
5. Risk
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. You may lose part or all of the capital you invest.
6. Data and availability
The page is updated after each candle closes, but it may show delayed, incomplete or incorrect data, and it may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or continuity of the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the page or from decisions made based on its content.
8. Intellectual property
The strategies, the signals, the texts and the design of the page are the property of the service operator. You may consult them for your personal use; you may not resell or redistribute them without authorization.
9. Privacy
The page does not ask for personal data or use cookies. Your browser only stores the language you choose.
The page is delivered through Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services, which process your connection's IP address to serve it and protect it from abuse. The page keeps no visit logs of its own.
